Dr. Melodie A. Kabanuk Dohm, APRN, CNP, PMHNP-BC
Melodie is a doctorally prepared, board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She is licensed to prescribe all mental health and addiction medications, including Suboxone. Dr. Dohm holds degrees, licensures, and certifications in Psychiatric Care, Child & Adolescent Psychology, Public Health, Motivational Interviewing, Suicide Risk Assessment and Management, and the SHARE© Approach to patient-provider decision-making. Dr. Dohm has extensive experience in emergency room psychiatric medicine, forensic psychiatric medicine, community and indigenous mental health, adult and child partial hospitalization, ADHD testing, and working with and prescribing for emergency service workers (such as police and fire), and also veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Melodie's husband and family members work in the fields of medicine and emergency services. Her pride and joy are her five grown children and eight grandchildren.
