Frequently Asked Questions

We have relocated from Minnesota to Arkansas, therefore we provided in-person and telemedicine services for adult patients located in Arkansas, and telemedicine-only services for patients located in Minnesota. 

Our clinic is licensed for all ages, however we are at capacity for child/adolescent patients at this time. For patients over 65, a geriatric psychiatrist may provide specialized support.

Arkansas: Appointments are $225, payable at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and HSA payments. A super bill can be provided for submission to your insurance company. We are working toward credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas.

Minnesota: We accept most major insurance plans. Appointment cost varies by the rate negotiated with your carrier.

Most patients are seen twice within the first three months, then quarterly for the first year and/or every six months once their treatment is stabilized. For patients prescribed stimulants or other controlled substances, in accordance with DEA regulations, visits typically occur twice during the initial dosing period and then quarterly thereafter.
